GLADDEN CIRCLES OF
LONGEVITY, HEALTH & HUMAN PERFORMANCE™
At Gladden Longevity, our passion is to make “100 the New 30.” In order to do so, we have realized that the path forward follows a series of empowering questions. We believe the questions we are asking will always be infinitely more powerful than the questions we currently have. Our questions empower new insights, strategies, and approaches. In our quest to make "100 the New 30,” we also are not married to one medical discipline, approach, or way of thinking. We have realized that "Truth is Truth" wherever you find it, and "If it works, it works." I have yet to discover a discipline or approach that I have not learned something valuable from. We believe that our mindset is equally important to our empowering questions. Asking the right questions and coupling them with a growth mindset focused on learning and expanding our insights is an extremely powerful combination.
Our program is structured around the Circles of Longevity, Health and Human Performance and is dedicated to identifying and making actionable all the significant elements and processes that significantly contribute to the aging process. By understanding all of the significant elements and then addressing all of them in the proper sequence, and timing, with the proper weighting according each client’s unique makeup of aging risks, youthful assets, and life circumstances, we feel unexpected and exceptional results and experiences youthfulness can be achieved.
We have also come to understand that we are all a Mosaic of Ages. We have a Brain Age, a Heart Age, a Blood Vessel Age, a Bone Age, etc. Some of these ages of the mosaic are functional ages, some are anatomic, and some are molecular or biochemical. It is important for a client to identify what their current mosaic looks like and then be able to prescribe actions that enable them to make progress. The Hayflick limit suggests that 120 years is a hard stop based on Dr Hayflick’s cell culture data from the 1950s that demonstrated that with telomere shortening of human cells in a petri dish were not able to divide further and die out. We believe the Gladden Circle of Longevity contains the elements required to break through the Hayflick limit.
How Good Can You Be?
This is a large question that embraces Longevity, Health, and Performance but also so much more. We are really asking, "How Good Can Your Life Be?"
How Do We Make 100 The New 30?
Many people talk about living a long time. 120, 150, 180, and beyond but I find those ages hard to relate to. Our approach is to work hard to turn back the clock, to get you in the best health and shape of your life, and then to leverage technologies as they emerge to maintain and enhance your best self for years and decades to come .
How Do We Live Well Beyond 120?
The Hayflick limit suggests that 120 years is a hard stop based on Dr Hayflick’s cell culture data from the 1950s that demonstrated that with telomere shortening of human cells in a petri dish were not able to divide further and die out. We believe the Gladden Longevity Circle of Longevity contains the elements required to break through the Hayflick limit.
